Bleach Lab brings spell-binding alternative rock, while Spider, Welly, Good Neighbours, and Pynch generate word-of-mouth buzz, hinting at their potential impact. King No-One's arena-sized alt-rock and Toby Sebastian's musical journey from TV and film captivate audiences. Soaring indie-pop comes from Natalie Shay and Maxwell Varey, while The Kairos and The Rolling People represent the next wave of essential guitar favourites.

The line up also includes The Family Rain, Casino, Jaws The Shark, Skylights, Shefu, Dove Ellis, Fiona Lennon, and more, solidifying Sound City as a destination for new music enthusiasts. They join previously confirmed headliners Caity Baser and The Snuts, along with Antony Szmierek, Brooke Combe, Flowerovlove, Seb Lowe, Viji, Corella, LALA HAYDEN, Balancing Act, Cameron Hayes, VENUS GRRRLS, G!rlband, Megan Wynn, and others.

Sound City's partnership with Rough Trade includes live performances, the Sound City Forum, and a Tunecore mixer showcasing their artists. SAE Institute, Principal Creative Media Education Partner, integrates students into panel discussions at the Sound City Forum. Worn Out Tuesdays collaborates with Venn Records, CLASH Magazine, and VANS for a special showcase, while Virgin Music hosts unique sessions during the Sound City Forum and a showcase night.

Sound City 2024 introduces the Sound City Forum, a ground breaking addition to the music industry landscape, convening professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives to address pressing industry questions. Taking place on May 2nd and 3rd, the forum offers an array of programming, including award ceremonies, panel discussions, keynote conversations, and interactive networking opportunities.

Highlights include LIVE announcing results from their Festival Industry Report, Sacha Lord discussing his upcoming book, the UK Music OMG Awards celebrating industry leaders, EarthPercent hosting climate emergency discussions, and Kraftwerk's Karl Bartos revealing his original composition for 'The Cabinet Of Dr Caligari.'

Panel discussions cover diverse topics such as AI opportunities, the future of festival headliners, the intersection of art and environmentalism, and the impact of technology on music preferences. A Dragon’s Den-style pitch event allows the audience to choose their favourite new music tech.
