The sun has finally arrived and so has Global Gathering 2012. This weekend Long Marston Airfield, Stratford Upon Avon will welcome some of the biggest names in dance music and make home to its many listeners. If it’s your first time or tenth time, if you’re camping or glamping, get ready for a weekend of dance, house, trance and dub step.

This year it was announced there will be two brand new stages and this is why..... 

The festival begins Friday and hitting the main stage is London rapper Tinie Tempah, joining him will be the likes of Afrojack, Maverick Sabre and Dot Rotten. But don’t forget the other 6 stages, acts include radio 1’s legend Annie Mac, Andy C, Zane Lowe, magnetic man, ms dynamite and the UKF Bass Culture stage see’s Skrillex, surely to perform The Skrillex Cell? It’s something to be seen; the motion sensory equipment picks up Skrillexs dance moves and creates giant 3d projections.

Saturday night sees Chase ‘n’ Status bring their live set to the main stage. Hospitality has been unleashed for the second year running at Global, with Netsky and High Contrast just two of a breath-taking line-up. Dub step symphonist Nero and Sub Focus get grimy on the Digital Soundboy stage. Sander Van Doorn makes a special guest appearance, the list is endless...
