The Long Road FestivalThe Long Road Festival returns this summer with its largest capacity yet, promising a spectacular showcase of country, Americana, roots, rock, and folk music. Taking place from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th August at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire, this fifth edition of The Long Road boasts over 35 acts set to grace the stages.

Leading the line up is Nashville sensation Russell Dickerson, known for his chart-topping hits and electrifying performances. With platinum-certified singles like "Yours" and "Blue Tacoma," Dickerson's modern country sound promises an unforgettable headline set on TLR’s Rhinestone mainstage.

In anticipation of the headlining The Long Road this summer, Russell Dickerson said:

Any time I have the chance to tour in the UK, I have the best experience and can’t wait to return. I’m so stoked to not only be returning, but to be headlining the Long Road Festival. It’s gonna be a blast!

The festival continues to solidify its reputation as a mecca for Country and Americana music and culture. Flatland Cavalry brings their fusion of traditional and contemporary country from Lubbock, Texas, while Wyatt Flores captivates with his honest storytelling rooted in Red Dirt influences.

American Aquarium, Chapel Hart, Red Clay Strays, and Randall King add to the diverse line up, offering honky-tonk rhythms, soulful harmonies, and infectious melodies. Colbie Caillat's folk-pop charm and Brittney Spencer's Nashville sound further enrich the festival experience.

Indie Americana acts like Andrew Combs and Emmy Award-Winner Drew Holcomb & the Neighbours showcase their talents alongside Kristian Bush, formerly of Sugarland, and Illinois poet Pokey Lafarge. Lafarge's wry humour and roots music sensibilities are set to charm audiences, anticipating the release of his new album ‘Rhumba Country’.

With such a rich tapestry of artists and genres, The Long Road Festival 2024 promises an immersive celebration of American music and culture in the heart of the English countryside.
