The Isle of Wight Festival loves discovering up and coming talent and is now celebrating that by launching a showcase for new music - 'Wight Night’!

In the first of what we hope will be many, three bands from this year’s Isle of Wight Festival will grace the stage at the legendary Troubadour Club in London. The first Wight Night, on Monday 29th July, will be headlined by Crystal Seagulls, with more than ample support from Duveaux and The Bear Social.
Famed for playing host to Bob Dylan & Paul Simon, as well as being lucky enough to stage Adele’s first ever public gig, we’re hoping the heritage of the building will give a special edge for our Wight Night artists.
Crystal Seagulls who won the Isle of Wight Festival’s National Band Search earlier this year and performed in the Big Top will be headlining the night. Crystal Seagulls are a young four-piece indie rock band whose music holds a mixture of infectious sounds of the Sixties, the swagger of the Nineties while paving the way for a whole new style of music.
Duveaux, a local Isle of Wight band recently supported James Walsh and have an exciting summer ahead will be bringing their quirky writing style and animated stage presence to the Troubadour.
The Bear Social impressed the judges at this year’s Wight Noize competition on the island and went on to open the Main Stage on Sunday sharing the bill with Bon Jovi and The Script. The four-piece indie/alternative band feature male/female harmonies that are carefully crafted and speak from the soul.
Make sure you don’t miss out on these three great acts and support emerging talent. Book your tickets here
