'While She Sleeps' feel like the band that would've bullied Lostprophets in the playground at school, beating them up when they made silly little girl songs and then stealing their lunch money to spend on awesome really loud guitars.

Enough familiarity and catchy guitar riffs, that even if you're not a massive metal fan, you can stuck into, but edgier, grittier and more intense. There's a dark, gothic, atmospheric mood to a lot of the album, 'Love At War' is an anthem that perfectly blends this with genuine emotion without being overly aggressive to the point where you lose any meaning.

The album (This Is The Six) has clearly been written with a story in mind - hear the opening track 'Dead Behind the Eyes' on it's own and you might be forgiven for thinking you've heard this band before - it hits you smack in the face an angry, intense, hostile dose of metal. Invest a bit more though and you'll hear some massive surprises, which set this band apart - the melodic, harmonic breaks in 'False Freedom' and the piano led raw 'Reunite' make you realise that just when you think you know their sound, they'll reinvent it to keep you guessing.
