As part of the release we are thrilled to welcome the hugely talented Alex Barck (from Jazzanova) who creates a dynamite musical story comprising of many chapters (with additional keys from Volker Meitz), delivering an explosivee composition drizzled with the raw essence of 90's good stuff! Also at the remix controls is Swiss Deep House guru Patrick Podage who crafts a sultry vibe underpinned by beautiful synths-capes, a sexy future-tronic baseline and sublime Nu Disco trimmings.

As 2013 gathers momentum Tony is busy working in the studio on some exciting new collaborations, watch this space for details!

Tony Barbato first began Djing in and around Italy in the late 90’s. In 2001 he arrived at the console of the Tartana Club for ‘Souvenir de Ibiza’. Tony is known for the incredible energy he irradiates from behind the decks during his sets, delivering big deep house sounds with a Latin twist. In 2005 as Mono with Alex Vanni their first EP ‘Flowers’(Rewind Records) gained support from John Digweed, Alex Neri and Steve Lawler who used it in his "Lights Out 2" compilation. Other releases include ‘Istanbul EP’, Florence EP’, Out Of Time’, ‘Kilt Of Africa EP’, as well as remixing tracks by Roger Sanchez and Pasta Boys. In 2005 Tony secured a DJ residency at Marula Beach in his hometown Follonica, where he plays every Friday, in addition to his new Summer monthly residency at Tartana. Tony has graced the decks of many Tuscan clubs over the years from Tenax, ExMud, Central Park and Frau e Costes and some of the biggest clubs in Italy including Plastic (Milan), Magazinni Generali (Milano) and Doc Show (Bologna) and the official deejay of Cannavera Party (Cagliari, Sardinia). In 2012 he made his debut at Djoon in Paris, and also guested at their ADE party in October with an explosive set. Tony hosts a monthly radio show on the Radio Espana Network and also does regular guest shows around the world.

Alex Barck's rise to world wide fame was as a member of Jazzanova in the late 90's. Also as the A&R manager at the amazing Berlin based label, Sonar Kollektiv. Alex has played at almost every renowed club on this planet. As well as being a revolutionary DJ for over twenty years, Alex has compiled acclaimed compilations ('Secret Love','Computer Incarnations' etc.). He hosts a number of radio shows in Germany and is also revered for his remix work (e.g Jeremy Glenn's "New Life", Jazzanova's "Little Bird", Vindahl's "Question", Little Dragon's "Ritual Union"etc). In 2011 he joined Christian Prommer, delivering their album 'Alex & The Grizzly', then touring throughout Europe. Barck and Prommer also have their own label, Derwin Records where they release their own music and tracks by new artists ('Night Flight' by Quintus Project with edits by Lexx and Psychemagik). So busy is his schedule and so explosive is his constant creative output. There's probably only one leitmotif to his career: A deep, honest and never ending love for music. Music is love, and Alex Barck is music.
