Threshold, Liverpool's critically acclaimed grass-roots multi-arts festival returns for its 4th year in the Baltic Triangle. The festival takes place at The Baltic Triangle, Liverpool, Merseyside between 28th-30th March 2014.
Merseyside has established a reputation as the place to see the next generation of musical and artistic talent with noted past performers such as Stealing Sheep, Esco Williams, All We Are, Jolly Boat and Natalie McCool and innovative visual artist and Liverpool Art Prize winner Robyn Woolston.

The artist submission window also opens through Thresholdfestival.com and Bandapp, so any musician, band, visual artist, performance artist, promoter or community group wishing to get involved can have that chance to be considered APPLY HERE.
Threshold's pioneering use of newly developed and underused spaces in the city such as the inaugural festival at CUC Liverpool and the now booming Camp and Furnace, Threshold will continue in this spirit with the use of even more alternative and emerging venues in the flourishing creative quarter of the city.
A huge part of the festival is collaboration and a nod to the people who have contributed to the booming arts and music scene of Liverpool and the North West. Past partnerships include: Waxxx, Antipop, Debt Records, Rebel Soul, The Liverpool Philharmonic, Arena Gallery, Tate Liverpool, Mello Mello, Soul Inspired Events and Bold Street Coffee.
