The Soapbox is set to make a return to the Lake District for Kendal Calling’s 10th Birthday celebrations.with dance classes, musical bingo and a belly full of laughs from a comedy line-up.

Dance classes will include Twerk-It, Hip Hop dance classes, street dance freestyle sessions, Hola Salsa, Latin freestyle sessions.

The return of Kendal Calling’s favourite comedian, Dan Nightingale is widely regarded as one of the best performers working on the comedy circuit today. Mixing fiendishly accurate observation with energetic characterisations and killer punch lines, his comedy is original, playful, intelligent, poignant and exciting; sometimes ridiculous… but always hilarious.

Kendal Calling festival goers can also indulge in some Musical Bingo where songs and themes take the place of numbers and fabulously entertaining compere’s introduce ‘rules’ and prizes! Expect some twists along the way!

Last Man Standing is a cross between the Generation Game, QI and Total Wipeout and will test the nerves, skill and knowledge of festival goers with its wacky challenges.
