The Den line-up announced The Co-operative Cambridge Folk Festival has announced the line-up for The Den, a brand new stage dedicated to emerging talent.

The Den is a partnership between the The Co-operative Cambridge Folk Festival, Hope Street Music, who run Cambridge’s premier acoustic night The Living Room, and BBC Radio 2 Folk Club of the Year, The Magpie’s Nest. It will be set within a beautiful Indian marquee and decorated to create a quirky, welcoming and intimate space. In addition to booked artists, some 15 minute slots will be set aside daily for musicians attending the Festival.

The Den is supported by The PRS for Music Foundation who are supporting creativity, new talent, and new folk music at the Festival. Programming will also include five Escalator artists. Escalator Music is the Arts Council England, East’s talent development plan that supports and invests in the best artistic talent in the East and is project managed by Norwich Arts Centre.
