The Darkness, Laura Mvula, We Are Scientists, Rae Morris, Flyte and over 100 more acts have been added to the line-up for Victorious Festival, taking place from 29th - 30th August. They join the previously announced acts including Ray Davies, the newly rejuvenated Super Furry Animals, guitar god Johnny Marr, Tinie Tempah, Primal Scream, The Flaming Lips, Basement Jaxx and Texas.

Alongside the internationally acclaimed Victorious continues its support for local music with high profile slots for Southampton’s New Desert Blues and Southsea’s own Kassassin Street and a host of Hampshire bands across the bill. Victorious organizers are also committed to furthering new talent regardless of locale with the up and coming Seafret, Twin Wild and Will Joseph Cook joining The Wytches and Honeyblood over the weekend.

With tickets priced at just £25 per day until July 3rd, Victorious Festival continues to be one of the best value festivals in the UK this summer. Not only does the festival enjoy a fantastic beachside location on Southsea Seafront, but your festival ticket also offers access to a range of seafront attractions, including Southsea Castle and Blue Reef Aquarium. There’ll even be an onsite beer festival taking place to tempt the tastebuds of festivalgoers, as well as a dedicated Kid’s stage to keep the little ones entertained.
