Hallé Fireworks and Light Spectacular starring Lesley Garrett Saturday 30 July

Lesley Garrett is one of the best-loved voices in British opera; a celebrated star of television as well as the stage.

For this very special concert Lesley and the world-famous Hallé will be conducted by Philip Ellis and performing much-loved arias, songs and orchestral showpieces including Tonight (West Side Story), Rodgers' I Could Have Danced All Night and the classic I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables.

The concert will culminate with an incredible percussive fireworks display to accompany the musical finale which will include Tchaikovsky's spectacular and ever-popular 1812 Overture.
