Croatia’s jewel in the Tisno festival crown, Stop Making Sense, has added rising star Mr Ties, in-demand duo Maribou State and techno head Marcus Worgull, as well as UK institution Phonica Records. And SMS is proud to once again present some of the most exciting boat parties to tour the Tisno coastline with tickets on sale now.

Stop Making Sense brings an inimitable sense of holiday fun to Croatia, delivering a unique beach party experience that presents an unrivalled, well-considered lineup in a stunning picture-perfect Dalmatian Coast location. Stop Making Sense returns to Tisno from July 31 to August 3, providing an escape, soundtracked by carefully selected DJs and artists who really bring this event to life.

Collaborating with electronic music’s most inventive collectives, prolific and passionate promoters, world-renowned DJs and artistic personalities, Stop Making Sense combines the tranquillity of a beach paradise with the excitement of a dance music festival. At Stop Making Sense participating crews carefully select artists and DJs, curating lineups that deliver a unique and intimate experience.

Brand new for Stop Making Sense 2014, renowned London vinyl record specialist Phonica Records, which has amassed a cult following since its launch in 2003, comes along as a crew for its first Croatia festival appearance, bringing with it leftfield house experimentalist Marcus Worgull and ‘unclassifiable’ artist in every sense of the word Mr Ties whose set promises to be a real highlight, as well as Phonica Residents.

Deep-delving, sweet soul-loving duo Maribou State join Mosca as part of T.Williams’ very own The T.Party Movement, a collective of like-minded souls whose re-definition of house music has seen the genre bounce back to the forefront. T.Williams’ star has risen from the underground, with a In New DJs We Trust slot on BBC Radio 1. Mosca documents his influences past and present into a well-educated manifestation of house and techno. Anja Schneider is celebrated for her drive and insatiable thirst for success. Founder of Mobilee Records and a former radio broadcaster, Schneider's name brings with it a carefully selected sound, and features the most promising up-and-coming talent. Anja Schneider appears at the forefront of South London’s Get Diverted crew, who make their SMS debut. Rob Alldritt also appears.

And then there are the famous Stop Making Sense boat parties – twice daily intimate parties where revellers can get up close and personal with their favourite DJs and crews. This year, SMS presents excursions from Aus Music, Trouble Vision and Love Glove, Sub Club, The T.Party Movement, Warm, Get Diverted, Orlando Boom and Lovesick.
