Lakefest has announced that Starsailor is the first of six headline acts set to take to the stage at next year’s summer festival returning for its fifth year. The event will take place Eastnor Castle, near Ledbury, on 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th August 2016. 

Frontman James Walsh says: “It’s been over 15 years since the band first formed and the songs still mean something to people. They still sing the words passionately back at us at gigs. We hear stories of how sounds have soundtracked key moment in their life.” 

Lee Martin, Lakefest organiser said, “Following the staggering success of Lakefest 2015, we are thrilled to announce that Starsailor will be performing at Lakefest 2016. The line-up evolves each year, but we will never move away from where we started – promoting local acts and bringing larger acts to a local arena. We have an awesome team of supporters and we can promise that our fifth birthday will be nothing short of spectacular. This is just the beginning.”
