Liverpool Sound City are delighted to announce our partnership with BandApp, who will power the Artist Submission process for Liverpool Sound City 2013. 

This is a great tool for musicians to promote themselves and we are excited that every artist and band that applies to play Liverpool Sound City 2013 will be getting this great asset in their arsenal - and all for free - a little thank you from us for applying.

BandApp gives artists, bands & venues the tools to sell music, promote gigs, chat to fans, post news and link to social media all from one platform, and the really clever bit is the way it engages fans.

The shape of the entertainment industry is rapidly changing, with the digital sector outgrowing the others. For the past 5 years Liverpool Sound City has fostered and promoted talent within the music industry and now we want to repeat that success with the digital industries through the Sound City Expo, our Conference and by forging key partnerships with talented companies like BandApp to work with us to benefit and enrich our audiences’ experience with Sound City.

For an artist applying to perform, playing at Liverpool Sound City means being among artists including Mumford and Sons, Metronomy, Florence and The Machine, Laura Marling, Delphic, Alt-J and hundreds of worldwide artists including The Temper Trap, Alkaline Trio, Niki & The Dove, Fucked Up, Spank Rock, Mystery Jets & White Denim who have all performed at the world renowned Liverpool Sound City festival.

 We are now looking for submissions from artists across the globe and in all contemporary genres.
