Now in it’s fourth year, Homegrown has established itself as a festival that features the who’s who of folk artists from across the country. Partnered with the English Folk Expo Homegrown will also feature: David Gibb, Sam Carter; Stick in the Wheel, Fay Hield, Moore Moss Rutter; Keston Cobblers Club and the Andy May Trio with more to be announced later in the year.

The festival is held in a number of venues in Bury town centre, from the intimate Studio at The Met to the large atmospheric Castle Armoury Drill Hall. Homegrown has enjoyed large audiences since it’s inaugural year due to the dramatic revival of and increased public and media interest in English folk music.

As Homegrown is run in partnership with the English Folk Expo, it brings over 50 music industry delegates from around the world to Bury to witness the high quality of folk music England has to offer.

Tickets for Homegrown are available from 13 March.
