The conference For Bridges For Muisc at Sonar witnessed a rare gathering of key musical figureheads under one roof, each discussing their own involvement and experiences with the project. There was also a short screening of a film that is being made to document the journey that each artist has made and the positive effect it is having on the areas. Richie, Skrkillex and Luciano all used the opportunity to express their desire to stay committed to the project moving forward and supporting young music minds from the disadvantage areas in their chosen career paths.

Monegros and Tomorrowlands are two of the collaborating institutions of this project, supporting through different methods. Monegros organisers will be setting up a dedicated area for photo and autographs with headline artists in exchange for a small donations. They have also offered South African artists Sibot and Niskerone, both of whom are closely associated with the charity and its ambitions, a slot to perform and show their talents as part of the main line-up. Tomorrowlands has chosen Bridges For Music as one of its principle benefacting charities.
