The fantastic Ray Davies will join headliners Bon Jovi on Saturday 25 June 2011

As frontman of one of the most important bands to emerge from the sixties, The Kinks, Ray Davies influenced generations as part of the British music invasion with smash hits including You Really Got Me, All Day And All Of the Night, Sunny Afternoon, Waterloo Sunset, Dedicated Follower Of Fashion and Lola to name just a few from an incredible catalogue.

He is described as “almost indisputably rock’s most literate, witty and insightful songwriter” by the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, and now Ray Davies is back on fine form ready to take to the stage at Hard Rock Calling 2011 in London, transporting crowds back to undeniably one of the most iconic eras in pop music, the swinging sixties.

Ray Davies joins Grammy-Award winning act and all-American rock band Bon Jovi, who will headline Saturday 25 June in London’s Hyde Park.
