Ramsbottom Festival organisers announce I Am Kloot to replace Futureheads at Ramsbottom Festival.

We are very sorry to announce that The Futureheads have been forced to withdraw from their performance at Ramsbottom Festival this Friday.

Replacing them will be Manchester indie legends I Am Kloot. We are very grateful to the band for agreeing to appear at such very short notice.

The Futureheads have asked us to pass on this statement:

"The Futureheads are extremely disappointed to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances we will no longer be able to perform at Ramsbottom Festival this weekend. We know from your messages that lots of you were looking forward to seeing us and we are gutted that we won’t be able to perform for you. We hope you still have a great weekend at this brilliant festival and we hope to see you soon."

About I Am Kloot

Manchester trio I Am Kloot play raw, emotive music that lives on its nerves, regaling the world with their twisted torch songs and heart-wrenching serenades. Their latest recording Let It All In, produced by Guy Garvey and Craig Potter of Elbow, was released earlier this year. With its bleak heartache and poetic loveliness, it has already been widely acknowledged as one of the best albums of the year.

We are delighted to welcome I Am Kloot back to Ramsbottom Festival following their standout performance in 2012.

We are very sorry if The Futureheads cancellation has caused any disappointment, and would like to offer a full refund to anyone who has a Ramsbottom Festival Friday Day Ticket and no longer wishes to attend. To obtain a refund please call us on 0161 761 2216 before 12noon on Friday.
