They offer one-to-one support and guidance, as well as training with industry experts to help you every step of the way in delivering an incredible music event. You'll gain CV-enhancing fundraising, project management, and events experience. And, crucially, you'll be playing a big part in working towards Oxfam's goal of overcoming poverty and suffering.

Oxjam Music Festival 2014 is going to be huge. Oxjam happens in October but right now, they are on the hunt for talented individuals from all across the UK to become Oxjam Takeover Managers who will lead a team of other dedicated volunteers to organise a mini music festival in their very own town or city.
