It is with great sadness & due to circumstances beyond our control we must announce the postponement of this year’s Outbreak Summer Festival which was due to be held at Donington Park over this weekend, May 23/24, to a new date in the summer.

We have put every effort into delivering the festival but due to being made aware of certain information received regarding potential danger to public safety during the event the decision was taken today to act immediately, rather than postponing the Festival at too short notice.

We will look to come back bigger and stronger from this & we apologise it has taken until now to let you know, but we have been exhausting every option to ensure the safety of each & every Outbreaker wasn’t in doubt!

As you can see from the attached photos we were well under way in building our site and are totally gutted with this outcome, Details of the rescheduled event will be available shortly.

Once again we apologise for this outcome and hope you will still visit our events in the future.

Refund Policy

All Ticket holders are entitled to a refund for the full face value of their ticket from the point of purchase.

However, we strongly recommend people to hold on to their tickets for our next awesome event!

Not only will we offer everyone who holds on to their ticket a brilliant event, but also exclusive Outbreak Membership that entitles them to free super VIP upgrades at future Outbreak events.

Please note that all coaches, drink packages and afterparty tickets will be refunded. (If purchased from TheTicketSellers.co.uk)

If you hang on but can't make the new event, or change your mind, you will be able to apply for a refund at a later date.

Each ticket agent will be notifying you over the course of the next 7 days with more details of these offers.
