The Wonderful Off The Tracks returns to Derbyshire on Friday 1st September 2017 and promises to be one of the best yet – with a cracking line-up to complement the festival’s unique location and vibe. Our Festivals For All reviewers consistently rate OTT as one of the best atmospheres on the circuit; and with twenty odd years in the making, the guys at OTT just know how to throw one hell of a party. Indeed FFA regards OTT as more House Party than festival. The location is pretty unique – set around converted farm buildings, with its own pub and diner, and a year round permanent camp site to boot, the festival is small but perfectly formed. Stages are erected in the (covered) farmyard and outbuildings so the event is mostly indoors. Coupled with a proper campsite and permanent facilities, OTT is a great way to end off the festival season as rainy autumn rolls in. Take a read of FFA’s Off The Tracks Summer Festival 2016 Review for just a flavour of what to expect.

The VIBE is the thing at OTT. It’s an absolutely wonderful buzz and sets OTT apart. Our reviewers claim the air actually crackles!

As always, the OTT line-up is pretty eclectic, and the lesser known / minor stage artists are universally high standard at OTT. Artists booked to appear include Peatbog Faeries, Arthur Brown, Sendelica, Le Vent Du Nord, Dub Pistols, Misty in Roots, Syteria, Tom Walker Trio, Threaded, Liam Walker & The Nevison Gang, The Jar Family, The Bar-Steward Sons of Val Doonican, and many more. Throw in a mini Real Ale / Cider festival, plus the pub bars, a decent diner and stalls, and plenty of non-music and kid’s entertainment going down and it all adds up to a great weekend. See you there!
