Off The Tracks Spring Festival returns to Donington in Derbyshire on the 27-28-29 May 2011 Bank Holiday weekend and promises to be another excellent event. These guys have over twenty years experience in delivering this highly regarded festival, which is so successful that there are now TWO festivals – OTT Spring, and OTT Summer, which is held in early September. Voted a ‘Top Small is Beautiful Festival’ by the Sunday Times, the festival is a true bijou event; intimate with an old school vibe, but delivering top notch facilities and organisation.

This year’s Spring festival features 30+ artists over two stages, including The Christians, Oysterband, Los Pacaminos (featuring Paul Young), and System 7 (Steve Hillage).  One of the UK’s top Phy Trance club nights ‘Cabbage’ will be providing sounds over weekend, plus there is a host more quality artists and DJ’s in attendance to ensure a great festival vibe.

Expect first class, family friendly, camping facilities and showers as the festival is centred around a permanent camp site on a working farm. As OTT told FFA recently:

We’ve a full blown permanent caravan and camping site with brick built facilities, and the festival itself is held in & around the farm buildings. It’s also a working Venison Farm, and that has the benefit that a lot of the food sold at the festival is locally sourced, organic, and minimal food miles.”

OTT also promises 45 real ales in the bar tent, plus The Orchard healing area where you can recover afterwards with a selection of therapies including Tai Chi and meditation! Combine that with some excellent kid’s facilities, stalls, and great food and the weekend is complete.

All classes of tickets (Weekend / Day Tickets / Camping & Glamping) will be available on the gate … so get on down and enjoy!
