Norman Jay MBE’s legendary Good Times Sound System will be appearing outside the Notting Hill Carnival for the first time in it's 30-year history, as the Kiss FM pioneer and acclaimed, international DJ launches his own festival, raising money for charity.

good times in the park

Good Times in the Park festival takes place on Wormwood Scrubs Park London on the weekend of September 13th and 14th. Spread over three stages, Norman has selected a line up of true music pioneers, from retro and contemporary club and festival culture.

"Naturally we are disappointed at not being able to play at carnival this year. However, hosting of our own, inclusive music event for the first time ever, will more than compensate. It's an opportunity for us to creatively, artistically and musically express ourselves and look to the future.

We are upgrading the whole Good Times carnival experience and will be able to accommodate many more people. We will be providing live stage entertainment, club deejays and supporting exciting young British talent, both we and our loyal fans would clearly embrace and enjoy at a Good Times event. We look forward to welcoming you all to our biggest adventure in the land of music!” Norman Jay MBE

All proceeds from the festival will go to four key charities Norman supports; Great Ormond Street Children’s HospitalDamilola Taylor TrustProstate Cancer UK and Coppafeel! Good Times In The Park is a fully inclusive weekend event, embracing community vibes and carnival party atmosphere for all ages.

Norman Jay MBE presents Good Times In The Park Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September, Wormwood Scrubs Park, London W12 0DF.
