Los Angeles neo-soul troupe Caught A Ghost have revealed a brand new track. No Sugar In My Coffee will feature on a special UK release of their debut EP Nightworks, which will be released in the UK on April 8th. The release will feature some special surprises for the UK audience, which we will reveal in the coming weeks.

The recipients of a great deal of interest since their track Time Go appeared on NBC’s legal drama Suits, Caught A Ghost already boast support from the likes of Rolling Stone, Nylon, Refinery29 and Paste despite their relative infancy as a band.

Comprised of core members Jesse Nolan, Tessa Thompson and Stephen Edelstein but known to feature as many as 9 band members for their live show, Caught A Ghost possess the potential to become the latest band to come from the sunny climes of LA and wow us in a way similar to the The Neighbourhood and Haim.

A band rich in musical diversity, Caught A Ghost boast a dexterity which sees them influenced by soul and rock n’ roll traditions ( Sam Cooke, the Rolling Stones) as well as hip hop and modern electronic production. No Sugar In My Coffee displays this multitude of influences, combining the soulful vocals of Nolan with hi-hop production to create a track which straddles over a plethora of genre. With Nightworks just around the corner, the future looks exciting for this LA band.
