Bearded Theory

Bearded Theory one of the UK's leading family festivals has announced a number of improvements and new additions for 2018.

Next year will see a 600 capacity circus with 4 free shows per day, the circus will not include animals or clowns.  The festival will also be welcoming  Funhouse Comedy for the first time – they are taking over the stage daily from midnight, providing laughs aplenty well into the early hours.

There will be a new quiet area The Kettle at the End of the Universe  a large capacity seating area around a fire, with tea and coffees sold on a magic hat basis (or free if you can’t afford it). This area will also host story reading, discussions and poetry

Family camping has been extended with an additional 2 fields secured, to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment for the many thousands of families attending the festival.

Bearded Theory takes place at Catton Park, Walton upon Trent, Derbyshire from Thursday 24th - Sunday 27th May 2018

Early-bird tickets for Bearded Theory went on sale at the weekend and 2,000 early-bird tickets sold out in just 3 minutes.
