The sun will shine on Molotov Jukebox: Croissant Neuf announce the final line-up for Croissant Neuf Summer Party 2012

Croissant Neuf Summer Party, the multi-award winning, solar-powered festival in Usk, have released the full line-up for their award-winning festival taking place this weekend.

Running from Friday 10 – Sunday 12 August, Croissant Neuf Summer Party (CNSP)has announced Molotov Jukebox will be joining  a line-up that boasts Willy Mason, Seth Lakeman, Moya Brennan (Clannad) and Laid Blak among many others.

Molotov Jukebox are a 6 piece, genre-dodging musical experience fronted by Natalie Tena, the world-famous Harry Potter actress .  With a succession of hits and sell-out shows behind them, the band will bring their unique style and onstage energy to the solar-powered CNSP Big Top on Saturday night. Also joining Molotov Cocktail are CNSP regular Luke Concannon (formerly of Nizlopi) and rapidly rising newcomers Seasfire. [The full line-up list can be found at the bottom of this page]. Festival Director Luke Howell stated

We’re really excited about this year’s line-up- it’s packed with a range of quality music from big names and rising stars. You’re bound to leave with a new favourite band as well as fantastic sets from our headliners. We’re a solar-powered event and with the forecast predicting good weather, this really will be a weekend of turning sunshine into laughter!

With weather reports confirming sunshine, a site draped over an Iron Age hill fort and views of the beautiful Monmouthshire hills, CNSP is set to be a haven of summer fun. There is a packed programme of sports, workshops activities and games that run alongside the music and ensure everyone’s tastes are catered to.

By day the sports academy will feed the ongoing sports fever sweeping the UK with a packed fixtures list led by professional coaches. On offer elsewhere are workshops in everything from yoga, crafts and even a song-writing workshop with Luke Concannon himself. Then there’s Saturday’s Bucanneers and Brigands dress-up theme to prepare for and lanterns to make for the beautiful Sunday lantern procession.

By night the music continues (even without the sun) in the two solar-powered venues and at the wonderfully spacious ‘Stagger Inn’, the festival’s very own village pub-in-barn. On Saturday night famed clown Gerry Flanagan curates a circus spectacular with performances on the Circomedia rig from artists such as Juliet Jenson and Nina Bambrey. Circus turns to cabaret as the night rolls on and Chuck Lee, accompanied by the high street house band, presents a night of musical mayhem, outrageous antics and spectacular stunts with some of the top variety acts of the country.

With weekend and day tickets still currently on sale there is still time to guarantee a place at the ultimate Summer Party of 2012
