Now in its third year, Magic Loungeabout promises a heady feast of avante pop, fringe cabaret, thought provoking theatre, and fine food and drink down at the beautiful Broughton Hall near Skipton in Yorkshire this weekend.

Musically you can expect classy funky disco from the likes of Chic and Inner City, but also stylish indie and folk from big hitters like The Charlatans and Benjamin Francis Leftwich, so there should be more than enough on offer to please all tastes. Add to that arts and theatre, and late night malarkey in the Super Club plus some downright weirdness planned for the new Forest Fringe area and this is truly a little gem of a boutique festival for those in the know.

The historic Broughton Hall is set within 3,000 acres of secure and extensive landscaped grounds and Magic Loungeabout are limiting the audience to a lucky 3,000 to enjoy the four unique stage areas. There are some top flight glamping options to complement the usual high standard of facilities, and tickets for all areas are selling fast – so be warned!

Festivals For All will be in attendance, so look out for our social media broadcasts over the weekend and subsequent review.  We can’t wait for party madness from Disco Mums, cracking beers from Leeds Brewery, that man Leftwich, foodie talks from Richard Fox, the Charlatans headline show centring on the marvellous Tellin’ Stories album, and reputedly the country’s biggest glitter ball, It looks as if the sun may shine too!
