Bestival 2018 line up including headline set from London Grammar

Bestival 2018 will once again play hosts to a cast of thousands on the Jurassic coast, including headliners London Grammar, M.I.A., Jorja Smith, plus Grace Jones, Plan B, Chaka Khan, Django Django, IAMDDB, Kelela, and East 17’s Christmas Party.

“Here come the girls…and a few boys too! Yes, it’s Bestival 2018 and we’re here with the first wave of our all-singing all-dancing line-up. With UK festival exclusive headliners London Grammar and Jorja Smith to legends in the game Chaka Khan, Jimmy Cliff and Grace Jones, and always representing the new blood from Mura Masa and IAMDDB to Mabel and Idles, we’re covering all bases. As any Bestival veteran knows we don't just do music, so come and check our Hot Yoga, Dubstep Dodgem rides, wood-fired hot tubs, AmbientLand craft tent, East 17’s Christmas Party!, and loads of circus-based trickery, including a Human Cannonball, high wire fire walking and a pretty buff strongman popping up on the Main Stage.”

Bestival takes place from Thursday 2nd - Sunday 5th August at The Lulworth Estate in Dorset. The theme for this years Bestival is  the most colourful show on earth, celebrating 250 years of Circus.  Featuring the miracles of miracle makers from across the globe, be dazzled and delighted by Art Car Night Circus Parade, Caravanserai flying trapeze, fire eating, knife throwing, bearded ladies (and men!), the Insect Circus Museum, sword swallowing, our hall of mirrors, circus workshops and free haircuts. 

And there are psychedelic sideshows and extraordinary attractions to satisfy the soul in eye-popping venues includingTemple, Bollywood, HMS Bestival (AKA The Port), Stacey’s, AmbientLand, Caravanserai, Club Dada and a magnificent charm of stages and immersive micro-venues scattered across our boutique campsite wonderland.

In addition to the headliners, the Castle Stage will play host to a some of the most colourful artists on the planet including Grace Jones, Plan B and Chaka Khan, plus Mura Masa, Sundara Karma, Thundercat, Jimmy Cliff, David Rodigan & The Outlook Orchestra and Stefflon Don.  The Big Top line-up features Django Django, IAMDDB, Kelela, Mike Skinner & Murkagepresent Tonga and many, many more.

As ever there will be more DJ sets and outlandish PAs than you can shake the proverbial stick at including,  2Bears, Amelie Lens, Bez’s Acid House, Chali 2na & Krafty Kuts, Craig Charles, Denis Sulta, East 17’s Christmas Party, Faithless (DJ set), Gilles Peterson, Goldie presents Metalheadz, Jaguar Skillz, Norman Jay, Ram Records, Rodigan presents Ram Jam, Rudimental (DJ Set), and a Vic Reeves reggae set.
