Hard Rock Calling will not be taking place in 2014. The event which was held at London’s Hyde Park  between 2006 to 2012, before moving to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this year.

A statement from organisers said: "Hard Rock International today announced that it will not stage its iconic open-air festival Hard Rock Calling in London in 2014.  "The brand has been privileged and honoured to host this world-class event in London - both at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Hyde Park for the last eight years.  "Hard Rock International looks forward to hosting new world-class music events, both in London and around the globe, and anticipates announcing major European music programmes shortly."

In a statement to Music Week, a Live Nation spokesman said  it has started a search for a new commercial partner for London 'Calling' events.
