STEVE HARLEY AND COCKNEY REBEL will appear on The Good Time Guide stage at GuilFest on Saturday 16th July, supporting Peter Andre.  Most famous for their huge single “Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me)”, the band have had five albums in the UK albums charts and twelve singles in the UK singles charts since their inception in 1972 and have continued to tour successfully throughout their career.  2011 sees Steve’s second appearance at GuilFest and it is sure to be one to remember!
HUGH CORNWELL is booked to support Public Image Ltd on The Good Time Guide Stage on Sunday 17th July. One of the UK's finest songwriting talents and accomplished live performers, Hugh was the original guitarist, singer and main songwriter in The Stranglers and enjoyed massive UK and European success with ten hit albums and twenty-one top forty singles, etching himself into the UK and Europe’s musical psyche with songs such as 'Peaches', 'No More Heroes', 'Golden Brown', 'Always the Sun', 'Grip', 'Nice N Sleazy', 'Duchess' and 'No Mercy'.  As well as his work with The Stranglers, Hugh has achieved considerable success in his own right, releasing 8 solo albums - and his live performances have always been incredibly popular – described as “Crackling with electricity” by Classic Rock Magazine.
