Following last years 2700 capacity sellout Ghostfest has announced the first trance of bands to appear at this years festival including The Devil Wears Prada, The Acacia Strain and Veil of Maya.

The organisers have promised that 2013 will raise the already high bar set by the 2012 event, other artists announced today include iwrestledabearonce, Bury Your Dead, Harmsway, Vanna, Odessa, Malevolence, Chronographs, Departures.

Toyan St.Hilaire, Ghostfest's director, comments:

“I have to be honest, after the sucess of last year's Ghostfest, I really felt the pressure to put together an event to match it, but this year has well exceeded what I was hoping for! Once again there'll be three stages and a varied mix of bands, so there will be something for everyone and we've booked some of the biggest names the festival has ever seen. Ghostfest 2013 takes place at Leeds University Union from Sat 29th to Sun 30th June 2013
