With five weeks to go until Off The Tracks Spring Festival 2012, the organisers have announced a great new deal for advance ticket buyers.

Hawkwind, Wilko Johnson and the Dub Pistols will headline the festival at Donington Park Farm, Derbyshire, over the weekend of May 25-27, along with Simon Friend’s Seismic Survey and Warsaw Village Band.

Now Off The Tracks has announced there will be free parking and camping for everyone who buys their tickets in advance.

Festival co-director Andy Cooper says: “Many people show their loyalty to us year after year by buying their tickets in advance, so we wanted to give them something in return. We’re all affected by the economic situation, and we have listened to what our regulars have been telling us.”

The change means:

In advance: weekend tickets purchased in advance will include free camping and free parking for cars, campervans, live-in vehicles or caravans.

On the gate:  tickets will cover admission only. Parking will be charged at £5 per car, or £25 for campervans/live-in vehicles/caravans. Camping will be £5 per person per night. This camping charge will apply to each person in the car/campervan/live-in vehicle/caravan.

Advance weekend tickets are now on sale priced £70. Advance youth tickets are £40 (12-16 years old). Admission is free for under-12s.

With more performers still to be announced, the full line-up will include more than 40 artists on two stages, as well as 70+ real ales, ciders and perries, excellent camping facilities and a great, family friendly atmosphere.
