Reading & Leeds have today announced over 30 more bands to join this years line up over the August bank holiday weekend. Having already revealed exclusive UK festival performances from headliners Green Day, Eminem and Biffy Clyro, plus exclusive appearances from Fall Out Boy, System of A Down, Deftones, Skrillex and more, Reading & Leeds just got bigger.

Two additions to the Main Stage bill are The Pretty Reckless at Reading Friday 23rd/Leeds Saturday 24th. While Four-piece Bedford alternative rock band Don Broco play Reading Saturday 25th/Leeds Friday 23rd

NME/RADIO 1 LINE-UP grows with new additions READING FRIDAY 23RD / LEEDS SATURDAY 24TH

Night Engine’s take on glam anthems has drawn comparisons to dance-era Bowie, INXS, Kane Gang and Power Station, and indeed they do sound vintage, but this London four-piece bring an infectious modernity to proceedings making them one of the most talked about bands of the past six months.

Joining Reading on Friday 23rd / Leeds Saturday 24th is Darwin Deez & Deaf Havana, whilst at Reading on Sunday 25th / Leeds Friday 23rd Irish folk band Villagers will be bringing their icy melodies and eerie synth-laden indie-folk, along with new addition Wavves. 

BBC RADIO 1 DANCE STAGE expands over the weekend with new additions Alvin Risk, Post War Years & Pegboard Nerds. 

More bands for THE LOCK UP/ROCK STAGE over the weekend include Feed The Rhino, The Creepshow, Rat attack, Palm Reader Gnarwolves, Sonic Boom Six, Off With Their Head, Chuck Ragan, Anti Vigilante, Sharks & Great Cynics. New acts added to The Rock Stage bill are Filter, Hacktivist, The VirginMarys, Beware Of Darkness, Hawk Eyes.

FESTIVAL REPUBLIC STAGE WELCOMES NEW NAMES including Papa, Charlie Boyer And The Voyeurs, Savages, DllV, Dan Croll, Sons & Lovers, Frankie & THe Heartstrings, In THe Valley Below, China Rats & San Cisco. 

New confirmations for The BBC Radio one Extra Stage are Itch & Chance The Rapper.

 Weekend tickets are £202.50 plus applicable booking fees, Day tickets Fri, Sat, Sun £90.00 plus applicable booking fees 

Early entry permits £15.00. Tickets are strictly limited to a maximum of four per person.

Campervan permits £60.00, Lockers £16.00 & car parking £5.00. Children under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Please note there is no separate children's area at this event.
