L Fest, now in its 4th year in the UK, is also expanding to Spain this year. L Fest Del Mar will be held in La Manga, southern Spain, on the weekend of May 30th 2014. L Fest Director Cindy, says: “ I've been looking at doing a festival in Spain for a number of years as I have a background in selling property there. It’s an ideal location for our event as its very accessible from the UK plus the beach club is extremely secluded and just, amazing!

I wanted something different for this event so we have tracked down numerous international artists from Spain, Germany, Austria, Russia, Czech and the UK. Plus the festival will feature poolside parties, chill out sessions, live acoustic acts on the beach – even a UV party! Most people wanted to book a week’s holiday so I extended the event by adding a fringe festival. This will also support the local businesses with nights out around La Manga to a Spanish BBQ, karaoke, sunset boat cruises and much more. I have been programming this for a few months now and I’m really excited about this new project!”. 

With so much planning for L Fest Del Mar, its surprising they have a minute to spare, but Cindy and the team are also busy preparing for L Fest 2014, which is back at Uttoxeter Racecourse from 18th to 21stJuly (just two hours to London by train with their onsite railway station).

L Fest ticket sales are up again: this year they’re expecting 2000 women and even more from L Fest 2014. Once again your feedback has been taken onboard so this year will include a festival village with an acoustic stage outside, outdoor inflatable laser quest, more showers and even a vintage tearoom! One thing with Cindy at L Fest, you ask and she will always try to say yes - within reason!
