Statement fro their website

We are letting you know that we are cancelling the Culture Shock Festival in 2013 because just as most people are having to think twice about what they spend and how much… as a service we are having to do the same. 
 
Culture Shock is a big event, which unfortunately also means an expensive event. Therefore next year we intend to offer more local opportunities which will still provide a forum for young people to celebrate their success, showcase their talents and introduce people to different activities.
 
We hope you will continue to support your local events with the same enthusiasm you have given to Culture Shock.
