Six local acts will entertain campers on the opening night of this year’s Cornbury Music Festival in a special Campfire session to get the Festival off to a sizzling start. And the hottest act gets to play on stage at next year’s festival. 

Festival organisers are calling on all local unsigned acts to enter the contest organised by popular Oxfordshire music stations 106 JACKfm and JACK 2 to win a fireside place on the Campsite Stage on Thursday 3 July and tickets for the Festival weekend at the glorious Great Tew Estate. If you think your band has what it takes to warm-up the Festival crowd for this year’s star performers including Jools Holland, Simple Minds, Sophie Ellis Bextor and The Feeling you have until midnight on Sunday 15 June to enter at www.jackoxfordshire.co.uk
