Donovan and The Stranglers are set to headline this years Chagstock Festival, which takes place from 22nd - 23rd July at Higher Fields, Well Farm, Whiddon Down, Devon.

Simon Ford Chagstock Festival organiser says, “We are delighted that a band as huge as The Stranglers have agreed to perform at Chagstock this year, and we are very proud of the quality of the other acts announced so far as well...2016 really is set to be a vintage year for the festival. As always, you can rely on Chagstock for a non-corporate vibe, family friendly atmosphere and loads of great and varied music, food and entertainment” 


Also appearing are: The Blockheads, Ferocious Dog, Tankus The Henge, Danny & The Champions Of The World, Cattle & Cane, The Voodoo Trombone Quartet, Marc O'Reilly + Band, New Crisis, Noble Jacks, Wildwood Kin, Johnny & the Chic Sisters, Black Static and Rews. 

The theme for the wildly popular fancy dress day on Saturday will be ‘Legends’.

Chagstock is renowned for its stunning location, diverse line-up of artists and non-corporate, family friendly atmosphere, the festival showcases great music, food and entertainment. Starting life as a small private party, Chagstock has now grown into a major fixture on the West Country festival circuit, selling out all 5,000 tickets for the last four years in succession.
