Bruno Mars To Headline Roskilde Festival 2018

Bruno Mars is the first headliner announced for Denmark's Roskilde Festival 2018. Other acts announced today include Mogwai, Vince Staples, and Wilkinson. Tickets on sale from Wednesday 15th November.

Roskilde is one of the largest music festivals in Europe and the largest in Northern Europe. Created in 1971, the festival is a non-profit organisation for the development and support of music, culture and humanism. The festival takes place from Saturday 30th June - Saturday 7th July at Dyrskuepladsen Darupvej 35 kilometres from Copenhagen.

Grammy-winning hit machine Bruno Mars will be headlining the iconic Orange Stage at Roskilde for the first time. Known for his showmanship, fans and newcomers can expect an energetic, explosive show containing all his hits.

“Bruno Mars oozes star quality, and he is first and foremost an outstanding live performer, born to be on stage. There is absolutely no doubt that he will deliver the goods to a crowd that’s ready to party in front of our main stage.

Scottish post-rock legends Mogwai return to Roskilde , a full 20 years after their first appearance. Rapper Vince Staples also makes his return, bringing his acclaimed sophomore album Big Fish Theory that includes guest stars such as Kendrick Lamar, Damon Albarn, A$AP Rocky and Justin Vernon. 

Also announced today are Watain from Sweden, Japan'Yasuaki Shimizu and Denmark’s own Myrkur, C.V. Jørgensen, and Nelson Can.
