BoomTown Fair have sold nearly a third of all the tickets in just four weeks! All the discounted tier one and two tickets are now gone with only the final tier three tickets remaining for the four-day event taking place from 7^th – 10^th August at the Matterly Estate, Nr. Winchester. If August is just too long to wait for a helping of BoomTown beats, then BoomTown Charity Christmas CDs are on sale now for just £6! 

BoomTown Fair, a 30,000 capacity festival held in Hampshire, UK has sold out every year for the past five years and tickets for the sixth instalment are as popular as ever, with only the final tier three now remaining! The festival caters for a vast array of musical tastes and inquisitive minds with eight distinct themed districts, more than 12 main stages hosting the biggest names in the genres they celebrate, over 40 micro venues which enchant and amaze with their attention to detail and seriously bizarre themes, hundreds of walkabout street theatre and performers, and finally, the glue that holds it all together, the thousands of brilliant and flamboyant residents just waiting to be fully immersed within their fantastical city! BoomTown’s annual Christmas Charity CD is now on sale and what a festive feast it is! This year there are two CDs to choose from, each representing different sides of the city: the Uptown CD celebrates all things reggae, gypsy, ska, pirate, Balkan and swing and the Downtown CD is for straight up beats, bassline and hip-hop. Both feature endless slammers making it the perfect Xmas pressie for friends and family and to bring a bit of BoomTown magic to the Xmas bash! Each CD is £6 and all proceeds go to Home-Start Winchester. CDs can be purchased here.

The chosen charity for the 2013 Xmas CD proceeds is Winchester based Home-Start. The charity aims to provide early support to families who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties such as isolation, low self-esteem and mental health issues.
