There are a range of other convenient facilities for families throughout the festival as well: Family Camping, a designated camping space specifically for families has been allocated right next to KidzTown so there are no long mission walks in the morning to get to the fun part for kids or in the evening when heading home to bed, with 24-hour steward supervision. This campsite is also a short walking distance from the Town Centre and OldTown so that the big kids can have some grown up fun time too! other facilities specifically for families comfort include;  Festibarrow, they will be on hand helping to ease the pain of carrying a weekends worth of luggage for you and the little ones! Festibarrow will be available for you and your belongings, straight from the boot of your car, right to your camping spot. A designated pushchair safe area will be situated towards the back of the main arena and the brand new Magic Carpet (Ski-Lift) is free for child ticket holders when accompanied by a ski-lift ticket holding adult for ease of getting about the site effortlessly. There will also be age restrictions on access to the DownTown District (late night area) as BoomTown recognises that some of the louder areas of the site are unsuitable for our precious Mini Boomers.

"As we prepare for our fourth year running Kidztown, the acts are booked and are bigger and better than ever before! There will be a 15ft giant walking talking robot 'Binbot', Panic Circus, beatboxing, parcour and multi sensory play provision. We are so excited about our new location for 2013 which brings KidzTown right in amongst all the fun of the fair! With more and more Baby Boomers now we are confidently moving forward into a new generation of mini city Boomers... Let the rumpus begin!"
