Glastonbury Festival confirmed today that soul legend Bobby Womack headline the West Holts at this year's Festival. Joined by The Bravest Band (featuring Damon Albarn and Richard Russell), the Sunday night performance is Womack’s only scheduled UK festival appearance this year. Alongside his new material, Glastonbury goers will get the chance to hear a greatest hits set with his full US band.

Last year, Bobby Womack released his first album of original material for nearly two decades. The Bravest Man In The Universe was written and produced by Bobby, along with Damon Albarn and Richard Russell, and was released to rave reviews.

Glastonbury Festival takes place from Wed 26th to Sun 30th June 2013.
