Boardmasters 2014 welcomed 30,000 festivals-goers and was hailed a huge success; despite the fact that organisers were forced to close the festival early because of sever weather caused by ex-Hurricane Bertha. 

New for 2015, Boardmasters camping at Watergate Bay has been extended, opening a day early, from Wednesday 5 August. This means festivalgoers now won’t have to miss a single day of the event including the surf action at Fistral Beach during the days before the music site at Watergate Bay opens over the weekend.

Andrew Topham, Festival Director, said: “We are very excited about Boardmasters 2015 after we were forced to close early this summer. It’s incredible that our Dawn Patrol tickets sold out so quickly and is testament to people being hungry for more. We’re incredibly lucky to have such a strong community of dedicated fans and, as always, we are looking to give them the best Boardmasters experience to date.
