Blimey!  Where did those fifteen years go?  Yep, 2024 witnesses 15 years of Bearded Theory. Festivals For All has been there since the early days, and our Reviewers have savoured the festival maturing into one of the best festival events of its size anywhere in the country. There was always something special about Bearded, even in those early days; it’s whole ethos, music policy, organisation, and, most likely, that famous Bearded Vibe generated by a truly amazing audience, always set it apart.  Make no mistake, the crowd ARE Bearded. To simply be there is to be part of something rather magical.

Take a read of the Festivals For All Bearded Theory 2023 Review for just of hint of the glorious shenanigans that goes down in those hallowed fields.

This year’s roster boasts the likes of Future Islands, Jane’s Addiction, Amyl and the Sniffers, New Model Army, Sleaford Mods, Orbital, Baxter Dury, and more than a hundred or so other class acts across more than half a dozen stages, plus countless other events and happenings over a throbbing five nights (the site opens Wednesday if you simply can’t have enough of a good thing.).

Splendid though the line-up is, Bearded is a bigger thing than the transitory artists it conjures up each year. The atmosphere this crowd generates is a living beast. Each and every attendee forms part of beating, pulsing collective whole, and it’s wonderful. The Bearded Vibe is what pulls it’s passionate and loyal following back year on year. As we say – it really is all rather special.

FFA could go on, but if you’ve never experienced Bearded, trust us on this one – truck on down to Catton Hall, Derbyshire 23rd-26th May 2024 and it may just blow ya socks off!
