Voltbeat among 37 bands added to Download 2020 line up

A further 37 bands have been added to the line up of Download 2020, joining previously announced headliners Kiss, Iron Maiden, and System Of A Down.

Artists added to the bill today include Volbeat, Killswitch Engage, Babymetal, The Pretty Reckless, and Airbourne.

Commenting on the announcement Volbeat said

We are very excited to return to Donington Park once again to rock with all of our friends in the UK alongside so many great bands. See you in June!

We are honoured and excited to play the mighty Download festival once again! We are ready to kick out our new songs and play the old anthems as well! Download crowds are always incredible and we are eager to bring the mother f*****g ruckus!

Other artists added to the line up are are Baroness, Blackout Problems, Bleed From Within, Blues Pills, Bokassa, British Lion, Bush, Cellar Door Moon Crow, Chelsea Grin, Dead Label, Dead Posey, Dying Fetus, Electric Wizard, Lit, LOTUS EATER, Marianas Trench, Obituary, Periphery, P.O.D., Powerwolf, Pup, Puppy, Skillet, Stone Broken, Theory, The Last Internationale, The Wildhearts, Tiny Moving Parts, Uncured, Wargasm, Wayward Sons, and Wednesday 13.

Download Festival is the UK's largest metal/heavy rock festival, each year Download attracts some of the biggest rock artists on the planet to Donington Park performing over four stages. The festival takes place from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2020.
