Copmanthorpe Carnival  returns in July to Copmanthorpe Recreation Centre, Copmanthorpe, York.

Copmanthorpe Carnival, York's biggest and best Carnival, started in the 1960's and now into its 6th decade. This event has always been popular and now has grown from a small traditional village event into a city wide spectacle, and is now proud to be York's best Carnival making summertime in York so much more exciting! The Copmanthorpe Carnival boasts everything from amazing live music through to children's activities and fairground stalls. A triple whammy of a day with a Music Festival rolled into Market rolled into Fairground.

The Copmanthorpe Recreation Centre's large sports field will be packed full of stalls, fairground rides and games with loads to get stuck into including bungee trampoline, reptile roadshow, donkey rides,  bouncy castles, giant inflatable slides, bucking bronco, penalty shootout,  and much much more!
