There is something quite unconventional and unique about DOGSHOW. Two OXFORD brothers and a RUSSIAN professor based in an octagonal-shaped club in LIVERPOOL. Not one to conform, or even stop to figure out who they sound like, their music is a well-travelled sound that introduces a multitude of ethnic influences.

Their shows feature analogue synths, a drum kit raised on stilts and a collection of home made lighting fixtures, combing to create a visceral audio-visual experience. Non-musical influences such as art, mechanical instruments and a homemade projection system called the GABBATRON also feature in their performance.

DOGSHOW have supported the likes of HOT CHIP, KISSY SELL OUT, FRIENDLY FIRES and FAITHLESS amongst others, and their UK festival appearances have seen them play to sold out crowds at GLASTONBURY, GLADE, THE BIG CHILL and SHAMBALA. They toured the land in the summer of 2007 under the guise of the TECHNO CIRCUS and completed a brief but successful North American tour in September 2008 with shows in NEW YORK CITY and CANADA.

SUMMER 2009 saw them tour the land once again playing numerous UK festivals both on their own and as part of the infamous KAZIMIER TRAVELLING BAND.
