Silloth Music and Beer Festival 2014 Overview

North Cumbria’s biggest and most ambitious music and beer festival, Silloth Music And Beer Festival, looks set to surpass itself again this year with another tremendous line-up of great beers and fantastic music.

There’s a fantastic range of great acts appearing throughout the extended weekend. Headlining this year’s event will be Roy G Hemmings Tribute To Motown on Friday, with The Quireboys headlining on Saturday night BUT if that’s not enough then they have a great line up of bands playing throughout the entire festival.

As ever, there will be over seventy-five real ales and ciders for you to try and to work your way through, from thirst-quenching old favourites to palate-pleasing newcomers. In addition to these they will also be offering draught lager, draught cider, perry cider, white, red and rosé wine, a selection of Alco pops, soft drinks and cordials.

Ticket prices (from): Adult: The best way to enjoy the festival is to buy a four-day festival pass, which costs £48. This gives you access to all five sessions across the weekend. Or why not take advantage of their bargain deal of three nights’ accommodation for two (at Stanwix Holiday Complex in Silloth a mere 150 yards from the festival site) and two weekend tickets for a bargain £99. Day / Session tickets also available.

Artists booked to appear include Roy G Hemmings Tribute To Motown, The Quireboys, New England, Secure Unit, Buzz Elliott, Five And Dangerous, The Misfitz, Cindy Hoten, Joe Mccorriston, Guilty As Sin, AWOL, The Robin Pierce Band, The Jam’d, Rockaokee, and Rigsby.
