Lakefest 2015 Event Info
There will be two main camping areas for tents, an area for tipis and an area for campervans / caravans.
Each camping area will have its own toilets and water point.
If you wish to bring a campervan / caravan, you will need to purchase a supplemental campervan ticket. All occupants must be in the possession of a weekend ticket with camping.
Those staying in campervan / caravans fields will have access to a toilet and shower block.
Glamping: Want to go posh and leave the tent at home? Imagine not having to lug all your camping paraphernalia from the car park to the camping fields and have a bed waiting for you onsite so you can get on with just having fun!
One of their glamping options may suit you:
Chalets: They have two and four person (heated) chalets available and these rooms are also next to one of their toilet and shower blocks. All the rooms are lockable (one key per room) and also feature a standard 230v double socket for charging those essential festival gadgets! All you need to bring is sleeping bag and pillow.
Tipis: With its graceful crown and central fire, it’s no wonder so many people fall in love with Tipis. Touching the ground and reaching for the sky, harnessing the elemental forces of nature. To live in a Tipi is to return to a simpler, easier way of being on the earth. A limited supply of tipis will be available and they can be home for up to 6 adults.
Furnishing pack includes:- Sheep skin rugs, lanterns and a table.
Please note, all tipi occupants require camping tickets.
To book a tipi please call Martin on 07736036967.
Pod Village: Each Pod features two bunk beds so can sleep 4 people. A fifth mattress can be placed on floor to make it 5 people. A private toilet & shower block is located nearby and all the rooms are lockable (one key per room) featuring a standard 230v double socket for charging those essential festival gadgets! All you need to bring is sleeping bag and pillow.
Lakefest do everything they can to make the festival as accessible as possible. At this year’s festival there will be a number of ways in which they have tried to make the festival as accessible and wheelchair friendly as they can including:
2 for 1 ticket: All disabled festival tickets include a free ticket for one carer. When purchasing tickets, if a disabled ticket is selected then two tickets will automatically be issued. Please present Blue badges or equivalent on arrival so our stewards know that they need to direct you to the accessible camping area.
Accessible camping area: Lakefest has an accessible camping area which allows campers to park next to their tents. There are disabled toilets located in the accessible campsite. Disabled shower facilities are available on the campsite but are not situated within the accessible camping area.
The distance from the accessible camping area to the main area is approximately 100 yards. It is then 50-100 yards to each stage.
Disabled toilets: As well as disabled toilets in the accessible camping area there will also be disabled toilets near to the main stage.
Raised viewing: There is a raised viewing area at the Main Stage to allow easier access and a better view when watching acts perform.
Stewards are available for any assistance needed if and when required.
Guide dogs welcome.

From the M5
Leave the M5 at junction 9.
Head towards Tewkesbury and turn right at the first set of traffic lights, into Shannon Way.
At the next set of traffic lights turn right and go over the motorway bridge.
Take the first turning left, through a housing estate, and go over the motorway for a second time. At the T junction turn right onto the B4080 and then take the first left into Croft Farm.
On entering Tewkesbury drivers should look for the B4080. This is on the NE side of the town, at the end of the High Street when leaving Tewkesbury in the Worcester direction.
Croft Farm is in the hamlet of Bredon’s Hardwick, unmarked on most maps, but if you travel along the B4080 towards Bredon for 1.5 miles you will see the Park signs on the left-hand side, almost opposite the Cross Keys Inn.
