Once again Grillstock will be bringing the taste of the Deep South to Manchester.  THe event has the UK’s biggest US-style barbecue competition, music festival and celebration of alfresco living, taking in food and drink, gardening, cooking equipment and everything else people require for an outdoor summer lifestyle.

Centered around the 2-day southern US style barbecue competition, Grillstock is also themed around the best of American recreational culture with a great entertainment programme including a hugely expanded live music stage showcasing blues, Cajun and rockabilly bands.

This family orientated event has a much wider appeal than most food festivals given the universal attraction of outdoor cooking.
