Northern Island’s famous  Foyle Folk Festival has a new location this year:

Now returning for its 6th year, the renowned Foyle Folk Festival is back, taking place in The Glassworks, Great James Street, Derry-Londonderry on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August 2013.

The festival is regarded as a prestigious event for performers, locals and visitors alike and attracts acts from all over Ireland and further afield.

The Foyle Folk Festival is a small independently run festival organised by a voluntary committee, most of which are musicians themselves. This helps generate a very friendly, warm and laid back atmosphere, which adds greatly to the overall experience of the festival.

This is a Bring Your Own refreshments event. Music starts from 4pm on Saturday, so come early!

Artists booked to appear include The Whole Tribe Sings, The Bonnevilles, In Their Thousands, The Lost Brothers, and The Henry Girls.

Ticket prices (from): Adult Weekend £25. Day tickets £15.
